Perilest of Times

April 9, 2007

Greetings at a time of day when I would normally be working.  These links are intended to be a “heads up” if you will of things to to be aware of.  The first is directed at the United States.  The other two tell of conditions in Kenya, however, those same spiritual conditions mirror much of what is taking place in the church in the United States.  May we all draw close to the Lord Jesus as he is our refuge when the chariots of Egypt fail.  He is our refuge at all times; regardless of the situation at hand.  Here’s the links.

I know that many become apprehensive when they hear such talk but, as saints, we really have nothing to fear.  These links, and others like them place in my heart a increased “looking to Jesus” and a peace that he really is in control.  He really is and he will take care of those who place their trust in him alone.  We must understand this.  May we all draw closer to him as we really don’t know how much longer the “peace and safety show” will last.  Any thoughts on this are definately welcome.  I’m not trying to be dramatic, but if we look at the times that we live, there are a lot of dramatic events coming.

May the peace of God that passes all understanding be in your heart always.
