Greetings and a blessed Thanksgiving to all. I found a blog a few minutes ago that really shows what the above title means. Here’s the link:

Please check it out as it admonishes us to understand the everlasting perspective and to be thankful in all things. As Paul states in Philippians 4:11 “Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.”  I pray that we would not regard today as merely a time to feast without ceasing before sacrificing to the god of “Black Friday,” but that we would remember to be truly thankful on every day. To discern between that which is “but for a moment” and that which is “everlasing.” To be thankful and rejoice in our great salvation which we have in Jesus Christ.

Blessings to all in Jesus name.

  1. I’m thankful too, Timbob. To our Heavenly Father for your insighful writing and every other blessing. I don’t know who people are thankful to for a good “Black Friday.” Maybe it’s Molech. I don’t know.
